1. Select the Menu icon on the top left corner of the screen
2. Select My Account
3. Select the Payment History tab
4. Select Cancel
5. Select Yes to confirm you would like to cancel your account
Your account will be cancelled immediately, but you will have access to it until the end of the current billing cycle. If your myLMC account is provided to you and paid for by a third party such as your employer or your insurance company, please contact that third party directly to close your account.
