No. myLMC is not a calorie counting or food tracking program. What myLMC does help you do is develop a personalized plan to be able to achieve balance in your daily life. Instead of using a calorie counter or food tracker, we built the Daily Reflections and Progress section. Your Daily Reflections will ask you if you followed your plan in terms of your nutrition, fitness, and mindfulness. This will help you reflect on what you did. The Progress section compiles the information from your Reflections and supports you to make the changes you need to move forward with your goals.
