Before starting ensure you have meals created in your Meal Plan
1. Select Create a list
2. Select the date range you need to create your Grocery List
3. Select Confirm
4. Select the number of people in your family
5. Select Confirm
6. Add any ingredients you may need from a recipe in the Recipes section
