Yes, you can customize some of the questions. There are two ways to do this:
Option 1:
- Select the Menu icon on the top left corner of the screen
- Select My Account
- Select My Settings
- Select Components Settings
- Select My Mind
- Select the Edit button next to Reflection Tracking
Option 2:
- Select the Turn off Tracking button on the top of your daily Reflection
- Select the Reflection button to return to the questions
